Everyone come together under the shade and enjoy a moment to take time out. Breathe, stretch and bring your awareness to your body and how fun it is to practice yoga outdoors. All bodies welcome.

The Kids Zone at CSF is a magical place to be! We offer various activities throughout the day ranging from yoga to arts and crafts to even a relaxation station. Lots of fun to be had for all kiddos.

12:30-1:15pm 

Kids Yoga Class (ages 4+)  

Everyone loves to breathe and stretch! Join us for a yoga adventure outdoors!! All kids welcome. Shoes off please.

            1:30-2pm             

Obstacle Course & Hula Hooping

 Follow along and dodge various obstacles along our creative path! Kids also have the option to practice their hula hooping skills. 

                2:15-2:45pm             

Arts & Crafts: 

Dreamcatcher & Mandala Coloring

Enjoy the relaxing sensation of sitting outdoors and making a dreamcatcher out of textiles to hang above one’s bed. Coloring mandalas are also a fun and unique way to calm down. Take time out after all of the physical fun and relax your body and mind!

Arts & Crafts: 

Meditation Stone Decorating & Yoga Mat Design  

River rocks can be used to promote meditation. Kids are encouraged to paint and write a mantra (positive affirmation) on their stones. Kids will be given a mini yoga mat where they can use their imaginations in terms of decorating it.

                   4-4:30                    

Savanasa  

 This is the term used for the ending of yoga, it means “to rest”. Kids will be lead thru a relaxing and calming experience where they will lie under the shade and relax. Parents are also invited. Namaste.
